I'm proud...

...of the republican camp and John McCain. His pick for VP is brilliant! I just listened to her speech in Ohio and I got goosebumps! This is the first time I have been hopeful and excited about the republican party. Yes I'm republican. No, I don't like the war. Yes I like smaller taxes, smaller government, and for people to be held personally accountable for their own health and wealth.

Do you still love me?

Here she is...the lovely Sarah Palin:

You think someone with 18 months experience as governor of a state with a population less than the city of Austin, TX (Alaska: 683,478... Austin: 743,074) who's previous elected experience is Mayor of Wasilla, AK (population: 8,000)... ZERO foreign policy experience... Under investigation by her own government...

You think that person is ready step in and be President?

McCain picked her for 1 reason only.... She has a vagina.

I still love you.

BUT you are a very liberal republican and I think he just threw the election into the Obama camp.

I see his logic but I don't think it is going to work. Liam is right, VAGINA is the key word here.

i'm with the other two... but it is kind of bad ass that in a few months, we'll either have a black president or a woman VP...

I won't bash your blog!
I don't like discussing politics but I do have a ?...
How long until she loses that "chip clip" and gets a makeover?
By the way , she is a mother of 5, her youngest is less than 6 months old and has downsyndrome.
What a supermom!
Yeah her!

I don't agree with her politics, but I do respect others who have different views than my own, and I liked much of what I read in her biography. I like that she ran again when she was defeated in an election, the fact that she is a career woman and a mom, and the way she talks about her downs syndrome child. There is a downs syndrome child in my extended family and he is a blessing and a sweetheart. I am very happy to see a woman up there--so sue me! Yeah, she's inexperienced, but so is Obama (who I will vote for anyway).

I'm with you, I love his pick and the more I learn about Sarah Palin, the more I like her and the more confidence I have in her. They have my vote.
