Baby Names...help!

So since this little whippersnapper is a boy, I don't have a name. If the baby was a girl, I was going to name her Corinne. But there was a penis, so Corinne is out. What the heck do I name this baby?

Both of our kids have K.J. as their first and middle initials. Jeff is absolutely stuck on doing the same thing and naming this baby with a K name. Problem is that there aren't any boy names that I'm crazy about. And despite naming my first son Kennen, I actually like traditional names that don't look made up. And I like the proper spellings of names. I chose Kennen because I found it in a baby name book and it means, "Little Ken". My Dad, Kenneth, died of brain cancer when I was 11 so this was a way for me to name my son after him, without naming him Kenneth. I love my Dad, but I'm not crazy about Kenneth. Sorry Dad! So Kennen it was. I like it because it has a trendy sound to it and it is unique, but he can put 'Ken' on resume's and nobody will know he has a crazy Mom.

So we sort of accidentally on purpose named both our kids K names. Now Jeff thinks we have to stick with that 'K.J." theme. There are no K boys names that I love! I do like Caleb a lot. But Jeff wants to spell it Kaleb and I just don't like that at much. The only other name I like is Bryce. No reason other than I like it.

Do you like Caleb? Bryce? Do you have any other suggestions???? Help!

Hmmm I like Caleb as Caleb as well not as Kaleb. It just doesn't look right.

Bryce is great as well but it doesn't start with a K.

I was thinking Colin or Cameron but both start with C instead of K. And it does look weird starting it was a K.

What about Kevin?

If I think of any other K-names I'll pass them on.

I actually like Caleb as Kaleb. Both ways look fine to me. Some "C" names don't look right with K's but I think that one does.

What about Kieran, Kai, Keegan, Kendall, Kobe, Kyler (this was on my list), Kurt?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use a name other than a K name. But being my weird self I would feel like he would feel left out from his siblings if I didn't. So if you're not weird like me, then it should be fine!

I only know a Kaleb with a K and I like it. It is very Celtic.

Love it.

Are you surprised that it is a boy?

I love the name Keegan!! My friend named her son that and i think it's adorable.

I like Kaleb too.

Kaden - it means Fighter haha

or you could pull a Brad and Angelina and to Knox!

My cousin is Kaleb with a K, and I like it that way. I also really like Kaden. Almost named a son that. And Kade is good too.

I like Keegan too! I think Kaleb has become too trendy. In 20 years when he will be looking for a job, there will be a pile of Kaleb to get through.

I like Kyle, Keenan, Kevin and Kieran.

That's my 2 cents.

I like Caleb. I think when it is spelled with a K...it looks a little more feminine..not as strong as with a C.

I like Bryce.

What about Konnor, Kollin...no...as I write it..it looks weird. Keenan...too close to Kennan, Kiehl, Kyson, Kyler, Kristopher, Kaden......

My suggestion...boy names are so darn hard. You want them to have a manly name because one day they will be men looking for a "real" job.

I was gonna say Kamden or Kaden but somebody beat me to it. That's my vote!

I like the name Kendrick :0)

uhhh... sorry Kaleb with a K is not very Celtic at all... I mean there are no Ks in the Irish language and Caleb is a Hebrew name...

Anyways... CiarĂ¡n is a nice Irish name and you can Anglicize is Kieran if you want...

What about Keifer, Kristian, kingley, knox.

I like Kamden.

You mentioned you like traditional names so why not Kyle, Keith, Kevin..but I really like Kaden...then you have Ki, Ke and Ka..hahaha

or you could reverse it and use J for the first name and then K for middle - always a challenge finding the right name.

not a fan of Bryce :(

A boy! Congratulations :) I think switching C to a K makes it sound more feminine too. Though I do like Kaden a lot. I love the name Knox- even before brad & ange did it, but because they have it will be super common in the next few years. I work with a guy called Korey which is pretty cool.
They're not K names, but I really like Amos, Ray, Jared and Max. As for the left out thing, my mum, brother and sister start with A and I'm the youngest with a G. Never underestimate the usefullness of being able to quickly sort your mail :)

I love the name Koen. It was the second choice when I had my son. I also really like Kyle.

My vote is for Kaden, Keegan, Keiran, Kaleb, or Kristopher.

I tend to agree with the comment that said the lil tyke might feel excluded. Although some kids would, some kids wouldn't, who really knows though.

Good Luck and Congratulations!

I like Kameron, Kyle, and Kade. Maybe for a middle name you could use Jacob, Jason, or Jackson. Like Kameron Jacob, or Kade Jackson. Decisons, decisions. Congrats!

I love the name Kane. And Kale.

Those are my votes!

First of all, Congrats! Jenn's friend here...ran across this posting and would like to say that if you stick with a "K" name you'll have to put pressure on Jenn and Steve to keep with it! Like a family theme. LOL.

Kyle and Kevin are cute! And if you're a "King of Queens" fan, you can always go with Kevin James! :)

Congrats on the little boy, Stella! I was kind of thinking it would be a Korynn, but of course another little Jeff Jr. will be wonderful! I'm kinda hokey this way, but I'd say stick with the K.J. thing. Just because. I do like Kaleb. Or Kristian. Or Keith, Kyan (like Ryan with a K), Kohen (Cohen), Kaidan, Kristopher, Keaton, Kash, Keston (too close to Kennen?), Karl (I don't know, I just like it), Kilian... Kornelius (Ok, not that one, but that was a family name on my mother's side, ew!). My Grandpa's middle name was Kazimir (Polish/ Lithuanian form of Casmer). Anyway, it's your baby, name him whatever you want. Name him Kiwi Jungle Juice if you want to, he'll still be cute as can be. I vote for Kyan Jacob, though. ;)

Hey girl, first off I want to say congrats on the baby boy! And second I wanted to give you an idea for a boy name. One of my fave guy names is Kalon. Plus it'll go with the whole 'K' pattern.

It's just a suggestion but whatever you decide will be perfect I'm sure.

Hope all goes well!
